Terms of Service

Pitch Autopilot helps agencies discover freelance missions, generate tailored application drafts grounded in freelancer profiles, and review and approve them. Nothing is submitted on your behalf without your explicit, in-app approval.

Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• You must have the right and a lawful basis to upload data about the freelancers you manage, and to represent them.
• Drafts are AI-assisted and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every application before submitting it, and for its accuracy.
• You will not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of any third-party platform you interact with.

The Service is designed so that a person reviews and approves every application before it is sent. You are responsible for what you approve and submit.

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, and no attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, probe, or circumvent its access controls or security.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during private beta, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstellar LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
